Nationwide Trees is a leading wholesale tree nursery located in Piedmont, and we are currently seeking reliable, motivated individuals to join our growing team. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys outdoor, hands-on work and is eager to develop skills within the nursery and horticulture industry.
Positions Available: Nursery Farm Hand
Key Requirements:
- Previous nursery or farm experience preferred but not essential
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly with a strong work ethic
- Tractor or machinery experience is desirable but not required
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with daily nursery operations, including potting, pruning, and general tree care
- Loading and unloading trucks and deliveries
- Preparing, processing, and packing customer orders
- Labelling and organising nursery stock
- Monitoring plant health and reporting any issues
- Operating nursery machinery and tools safely
- Assisting with dispatch and delivery processes as required
- Adhering to workplace health and safety procedures
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment
